Sometimes we just need to switch things up a little bit, because as we all know, “Variety is the spice of life!”
I eat a lot of fruit, and usually I just have it the way it comes, without adding it to anything or doing anything fancy… But I found myself wanting to try something new here recently, so I had been searching for some fresh ideas.
Recently, upon a visit to Snappy Salads, I enjoyed the special of the day which was a “Tenderfoot Salad” including steak and grilled peaches.

This darn salad was the best thing that ever happened to me at the time I was eating it! I hadn’t thought of grilling peaches before and so I’ve tried it a couple times since.
You can just slice some fruit up and grill it directly, or you can use this quick and easy little recipe I found and use skewers. Totally up to you! Any way I can get my fruit is a winning method to me 😉
Lo and behold, when I searched for a simple fruit recipe, this little fruit kebab idea came up in the results – And it’s 21 Day Fix approved too!
